Dying Paper Daisies

I wanted to demonstrate to my club how they can dye paper daisies to suit the color of your pages. It is quite simple. I used a small Tupperware container and put about 6-8 drops of Pool Party Re-Inker and added a small amount of water. I swooshed it around to mix it and then I dipped my Paper Daisies in making sure the entire daisy got wet and then I placed it on a paper towel to dry. It does not take long to dry, if you are in a hurry you can use your heat gun to speed up the process.

Materials used:

Stamps - Word Play. Ink - StazOn Black, Whisper White Craft ans Pool Party Re-Inker. C/S - Basic Black, Pool Party and Whisper White. Accessories - Pool Party Ribbon, Paper Daisies and Brads

Wedding Card

This card matches my scrapbook pages I posted yesterday. It could make a nice card to give to someone who is getting married or it would be really pretty to use as the invitation. This flower is made slightly smaller than the one on my scrapbook pages, I used 1 1/4" Circle, you could use any size circle although the small you go the harder it would be to fold.

Materials used:

Stamps - Teeny Tiny Wishes. Ink - Stazon Black. C/S - Basic Black and Very Vanilla. DSP - First Edition Specialty. Punches - Large Lace Border Punch, Word Window, Modern Label and 1 1/4" Circle. Accessories - Circle Rhinestone, Heat Tool, Clear Embossing powder, Mat Pack and Paper Piercer.

Vintage Family

Where have I been? Nov 27, really? I guess life just gets so busy, I am a little under the weather so I am just lounging around on the couch and I thought I would take advantage and upload some photos. These are the pages I did for this months scrapbook club.
The stamped images in the corner of each page is done using VersaMark and clear Embossing powder. I wanted the image to be subtle yet pretty.

I love these flowers, one of my fellow demonstartors showed me how to make these. They are made using the 1 3/4" Circle punch.
