This card is almost an exact case. My friend, Pat Childs, who is also a Stampin' Up! demonstrator sent me a thank you card that was pretty much the same as this. The differences are that her card was 3" x 6"'s and mine is 5 1/2" x 4 1/4"'s, I put my ribbon on the opposite end, and because my card was wider I chose to emboss the bottom of the card.
