Owl Treat Bag

I don't remember where I first saw these owls, maybe on splitcoast? I made a few last year and they were so quick and cute that I thought they would make great Halloween gifts for Craig's preschool teacher and Ryan's Tiny Toes teacher.

To make these owls I used the Big Shot Top Note, the Scallop Circle, 5-Petal Flower, 1 3/4" Circle, 1 1/4" Circle and the 1/2" Circle Punches. The bags are also Stampin' Up!
